摘　　要：改革开放初期(1978—1994年),我国现代慈善事业以“官进民辅”的发展模式承上启下:现代慈善事业蹒跚起步,官办慈善事业以星火燎原之势在中华大地开花结果,掀起一股慈善浪潮;民办慈善乘势而起进行了较有成效的实践与积极的探索;社会政治气候、时代背景和人们的思想观念在一定程度上影响着慈善事业的进程。感受这一时期慈善事业复兴的喜悦,深入思考前进路上的机遇和挑战,有利于进一步理清思路、启迪智慧,进而推进当前慈善事业的创新发展。In the early period of the reform and opening up(1978-1994),China’s modern charity industry adopted a development model of“the officials promote and civilians assist”as a link between the past and the future.Modern charity industry began to stumble,and official charity industry flourished and fruited on the land of China,sparking a wave of charity;private charity has taken advantage of the situation and carried out effective practice and active exploration;and the social and political climate,historical background,and people’s ideas are influencing the process of charity in some way.Feeling the joy of the revival of charity during this period and deeply thinking about the opportunities and challenges on the way forward are conducive to further clarifying the train of thought,inspiring wisdom,and pushing forward the innovation and development of current philanthropy.
