摘 要:工程上通常用电工钢等低损耗软磁材料制作电力变压器叠片铁心,并通过减少磁性材料叠片厚度和涂抹绝缘涂层来降低叠片的涡流损耗。在计算机仿真中通常用均质化方法对多层薄叠片进行建模,但需要在边缘处进行加密剖分以考虑集肤效应,计算成本较未均质化时有所下降,但依然较高。本文利用含有集肤效应的等效复磁导率幅值改进均质化公式,降低边缘网格的剖分数目,进一步降低计算成本。将国际基准问题TEAM 21d-M的20层硅钢片均质化并进行磁通以及损耗计算,结果显示本文所提方法在仿真数据上与实验结果最大误差不超过6%,内存占用、计算耗时上较已有的均质化方法大幅提升,表明改进均质化方法准确度高、速度快。In engineering,the lamination core of power transformer is usually made of low loss soft magnetic materials such as electrical steel,and the eddy current loss of the lamination is reduced by reducing the thickness of the lamination of magnetic materials and applying insulating coating.The homogenization method is commonly used to model the core laminate in computer simulation,but it needs to be encrypted at the edge to consider the skin effect,which is expensive to calculate.In this paper,the equivalent complex permeability amplitude containing skin effect is used to improve the homogenization formula,reduce the number of edge mesh sections,and further reduce the calculation cost.The 20-layer silicon steel sheet of the international standard problem TEAM 21 d-M was homogenized and the flux and loss were calculated.The results show that the maximum error between the simulation data and the experimental results is less than 6%,and the memory consumption and calculation time of the proposed method are greatly reduced compared with the existing homogenization method.The improved homogenization method has high accuracy and fast speed.
