摘  要:服务机器人作为智能化装备和工具的代表之一,具有产品种类多、应用场景广等特点。为准确评估相关产品的环境适应性和可靠性等技术指标,以清扫机器人为例,推导可靠性振动试验过程中的正弦与随机振动规范谱,确定试验量值,根据任务剖面确定试验时间,得到试验剖面,为该类产品振动环境的可靠性评定给出参考。As one of the representatives of intelligent equipment and tools,service robots have the characteristics of diverse product types and wide application scenarios.To accurately evaluate the environmental adaptability and reliability technical indicators of related products,taking the cleaning robot as an example,the sinusoidal and random vibration specification spectra during the reliability vibration test process are derived and the test values are determined while the test time is determined based on the task profile and the test profile is obtained,providing a reference for the reliability evaluation of the vibration environment of this type of product.
