摘  要:叙述傅里叶变换红外光谱法和光腔衰荡光谱法分析空气中甲烷的原理,并对其线性、精密度和准确度开展测试。结果表明:2种方法对空气中甲烷标准气体测定结果的线性相关系数均>0.999 99,相对标准偏差小于0.01%~0.05%,满足相关质量控制要求。实际样品比对分析表明,2种方法的测定结果不存在显著性差异,具有良好的可比性。The principle of analyzing methane in air by Fourier transform infrared spectro scopy and cavity ring-down spectroscopy is described.The linearity,precision and accuracy of the two methods are investigated,the linear correlation coefficients of the two methods for the determination of methane in the air were greater than 0.99999,and the relative standard deviation were less than 0.01%~0.05%,which satisfied the quality control require ments.The comparison and analysis of actual samples show that there is no significant difference between the results of the two methods,and the two methods have good comparability.
