摘 要:提出基于行波理论的城市配电网故障快速定位方法。在分析配电网线路结构的基础上,分析配电网故障行波传输路径特性。然后采用小波变换的方式识别故障行波的波头,并标定波头达到检测点的时间,再基于行波理论构建故障搜索矩阵和辅助矩阵确定故障域,并校正故障支路搜索矩阵,确定配电网多分支结构的故障判定原理,完成城市配电网故障快速定位。测试结果显示:该方法可在1000μs内完成故障行波波头识别,同时可标定波头达到检测点的时间;能够精准完成故障位置定位,误差结果均低于0.2%;应用性良好,在配电网发生故障后,可保证电压可在0.02 s内恢复稳定,电流可在0.04 s恢复稳定,保证配电网安全运行。A fast fault location method of urban distribution network based on traveling wave theory is proposed.Based on the analysis of distribution network circuit structure,this method analyzes the characteristics of fault traveling wave transmission path in distribution network.Then with the method of wavelet transform to identify the fault line of wave,wave and calibration to head the time of check point,and then based on the traveling wave theory to build fault search matrix and auxiliary matrix to determine the failure domain,and correction of the fault branch search matrix,determine the distribution network fault judgement principle of branching structure,more complete urban distribution network fault fast positioning.The test results show that the method can recognize the fault traveling wave head within 1000μs and calibrate the time when the wave head reaches the detection point.It can accurately complete the fault location,error results are less than 0.2%,good applicability,in the distribution network failure,the voltage can be restored to stability in 0.02 s,the current can be restored to stability in 0.04 s,to ensure the safe operation of the distribution network.
