摘 要:为了提升病案质量核查效率,减少核查时间,设计基于人工智能的病案质量自动核查系统。首先采用人工智能技术设计系统硬件架构,采用Navie Bayes建立数据分类模型,对病案质量数据实施缺失值处理、数据去噪处理,通过SPSS22.0软件对病案质量数据实施统计分析,由秩和比法获取病案质量核查结果,采用多个数据库表进行数据存储。测试结果表明该系统的并发情况良好,内存占用率均低,病案质量核查时间短,具有较高的实用价值。In order to improve the efficiency of medical record quality verification and reduce the verification time,an automatic medical record quality verification system based on artificial intelligence is designed.Firstly,artificial intelligence technology is used to design the hardware architecture of the system,Navie Bayes is used to establish the data classification model,and the missing value processing and data denoising processing are carried out for the medical record quality data.The SPSS22.0 software carries out statistical analysis on the medical record quality data,obtains the medical record quality verification results by routing the rank sum ratio method,and uses multiple database tables for data storage.The test results show that the system has good concurrency,low memory occupancy,short medical record quality verification time and high practical value.
