摘  要:以精准诊断电网故障,加强电网信息智能化管理效果,设计基于数据驱动的电网信息智能管理系统。采集电网设备实时运行信息数据,利用小波变换提取设备实时运行信息数据内的故障特征信息数据,并添加故障特征信息数据的不确定度,D-S证据理论和C-均值法得到电网故障诊断结果,根据故障诊断结果,制定检修与调控策略。实验证明:该系统可精准采集电网运行数据,信息传输可靠性高,诊断精度较高,可有效评估电网健康状况,制定合理的调控策略。In order to accurately diagnose power grid faults and strengthen the effect of intelligent management of power grid information,a data-driven power grid information intelligent management system is designed to collect the real-time operation information data of power grid equipment,extract the fault characteristic information data in the real-time operation information data of equipment by wavelet transform,and add the uncertainty of fault characteristic information data,D-S evidence theory and c-means method obtain the power grid fault diagnosis results,and formulate the maintenance and regulation strategy according to the fault diagnosis results.Experiments show that the system can accurately collect power grid operation data,has high reliability of information transmission and high diagnosis accuracy;It can effectively evaluate the health status of power grid and formulate reasonable regulation strategies.
