耳穴贴压治疗1例失眠患者的中医护理体会

摘　　要：失眠已经成为全球范围内影响人群健康的常见疾病之一。本文总结1例耳穴贴压治疗失眠患者的中医护理经验。根据护理评估和辨证分型,采取耳穴贴压、头部按摩、针灸、情志护理等中医护理干预,调节患者生理功能,进而有效改善患者睡眠质量。Insomnia is the most common sleep disorder affecting millions of people worldwide.This paper summarized the Tradition Chinese Medicine nursing management of a patient with insomnia treated by auricular acupoint sticking-pressing therapy.Based on the nursing assessment and syndrome differentiation,Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing techniques such as auricular acupoint stickingpressing therapy,head massage,acupuncture and emotional nursing were carried out to regulate patient's physiological functions and improve the sleep quality.
