摘  要:大麦具有较强的耐盐碱性,是盐碱地种植的先锋植物。不同基因型大麦间遗传特性均不相同,筛选耐盐碱性较强的大麦基因型对盐碱地改良具有重要意义。因此,以2个不同基因型大麦为材料,研究不同碱胁迫浓度(0、30、60、90、120 mmol/L)对大麦萌发相关指标的影响。结果表明:随着碱浓度的增加,大麦所有萌发参数均呈显著降低趋势;随着碱浓度增加,根转化率、芽转化率、贮藏物质动员量与物质利用率呈逐渐降低趋势,且在高浓度下四川MS显著高于奇台9919。Barley has strong salt-alkali tolerance and is a pioneer plant in saline-alkali soil.The genetic characteristics were different among different genotypes of barley,screening of barley genotypes with strong saline-alkali tolerance is of great significance for saline-alkali land improvement.Therefore,two different genotypes of barley were used as materials to study the effects of different alkali stress concentrations(0,30,60,90,120 mmol/L)on related indexes of barley germination.The results showed that all germination parameters of barley decreased significantly with the increase of alkali concentration;with the increase of alkali concentration,the root conversion rate,bud conversion rate,storage material mobilization and material utilization rate showed a decreasing trend,in addition,Sichuan MS was significantly higher than Qitai 9919 at high concentration.
