摘  要:为西辽河平原灌区筛选高产氮高效玉米品种,以当地主推的MC738、京科968、迪卡159、先玉1715、宏博701、MC670、TK601等7个玉米品种为试材,研究其氮素积累、转运特征。结果表明:7个玉米品种的干物质转运量、干物质转运率、籽粒贡献率均为TK601最大、MC670最小;吐丝期茎鞘和叶片氮素积累量TK601、JK968、DK159显著高于MC738、XY1715、HB701和MC670;茎鞘+叶片氮素转运量表现为TK601>JK968>DK159>XY1715>MC738>HB701>MC670;茎鞘氮素转运量TK601、JK968、DK159之间差异不显著,三者与其他品种之间差异达到显著水平;叶片氮素转运量TK601与其他品种之间的差异均显著;茎鞘+叶片氮素转运量TK601与JK968之间无显著差异,与其他品种之间差异达到显著水平;氮素转运率品种间差异均不显著;茎鞘氮素转运对籽粒贡献率品种间差异不显著,叶片氮素转运对籽粒贡献率表现为TK601>DK159>HB701>JK968>MC738>XY1715>MC670,TK601与DK159、HB701、JK968之间差异不显著,与MC738、XY1715、MC670之间差异达到了显著水平;7个玉米品种籽粒产量表现为TK601>DK159>JK968>MC738>XY1715>HB701>MC670,TK601与JK968、DK159之间的差异不显著,与其他品种之间的差异均达到显著水平。综合以上分析,TK601具有较高的籽粒产量和氮素吸收效率,是西辽河平原灌区玉米高产氮高效栽培首选品种。In order to select high-yielding and nitrogen-efficient maize varieties in West Liaohe Plain irrigation area,seven locally promoted maize varieties—MC738,Jingke 968,Dika 159,Xianyu 1715,Hongbo 701,MC670,and TK601 were chosen as test materials to investigate their nitrogen accumulation and translocation characteristics.Results indicate that among the seven maize varieties,TK601 exhibited the highest dry matter translocation,translo⁃cation rate and grain contribution rate,while MC670 showed the lowest values.During the silk stage,the nitrogen ac⁃cumulation in stem sheaths and leaves of TK601,JK968 and DK159 was significantly higher than MC738,XY1715,HB701 and MC670.Stalk+leaf nitrogen translocation amounts ranked as TK601>JK968>DK159>XY1715>MC738>HB701>MC670.The differences in stem sheath nitrogen translocation among TK601,JK968,and DK159 were not significant,but they reached a significant level when compared with other varieties.Leaf nitrogen transloca⁃tion in TK601 showed significant differences with other varieties.Stem sheath+leaf nitrogen translocation in TK601 did no difference with JK968,but it was significantly different from other varieties.Nitrogen translocation rates did not show significant differences among the varieties.The differences in stem sheath nitrogen translocation’s contribution to grain yield were not significant,while leaf nitrogen translocatio’s contribution to grain yield ranked as TK601>DK159>HB701>JK968>MC738>XY1715>MC670.Differences between TK601 and DK159,HB701,JK968 were not significant,but they were significant when compared with MC738,XY1715 and MC670.Grain yields of the seven maize varieties ranked as TK601>DK159>JK968>MC738>XY1715>HB701>MC670.The differences between TK601 with JK968,DK159 were not significant,but they were significant when compared with other varieties.In conclusion,TK601 exhibits high grain yield and nitrogen absorption efficiency,making it the preferred maize variety for high-yield and nitrogen-efficient cultivation in the West Liaohe Plain irri⁃g
