摘  要:为解决高瓦斯大风量煤巷掘进工作面粉尘治理难度大的问题,结合漳村矿某掘进工作面现场通风条件,通过CFD数值模拟,研究该工作面粉尘分布特征及不同控除尘参数下的粉尘分布规律。结果表明,巷道粉尘分布受送风因素影响,前部聚集在供风筒对侧,中部聚集在掘进机左侧,后部粉尘分布呈现左高右低、上高下低;当抽尘风筒布置在距离迎头3 m,两个供风筒出风口分别距离迎头4 m、5 m,抽风降尘效果达到最优。现场实测,应用最佳控除尘参数后全尘除尘效率达到了93%以上,呼吸性粉尘除尘效率达到了90%以上,有效解决了大风量掘进工作面粉尘治理难题。To solve the problem of the difficult dust control in the excavation working face of coal roadways with high gas and large air volume,combined with the site ventilation conditions of Zhangcun mine,the CFD numerical simulation was used to study the dust distribution characteristics and the dust distribution law under different dust control parameters.The results show that the dust distribution in the roadway was affected by air supply factors.The dust at the front gathered on the opposite side of the air supply duct,the dust in the middle gathered on the left side of the roadheader,and the dust at the rear was high on the left and low on the right,high on the top and low on the bottom.When the dust extraction duct was 3 m away from the head,and the air outlet of the two air supply ducts was 4 m and 5 m from the head,respectively,the dust extraction and reduction effect was optimal.Field measurements showed that after applying the optimal dust control parameters,the total dust removal efficiency of reached more than 93%,and the respiratory dust removal efficiency reached more than 90%,which effectively solved the difficulty of dust management in the large-air-flow excavation working face.
