摘  要:在国家大力发展循环经济的背景下,依托轩岗循环经济工业园规划的编制工作,研究煤矿循环经济产业链的构建。从循环经济和循环经济产业链内涵入手,深入研究煤矿循环经济产业链构建的生产资源、特征和目标指标;分析比较了3例煤矿循环经济产业链,总结了现有煤矿循环经济产业链设计的不足之处。以轩岗煤矿循环经济产业链的初步设计、产业链耦合、目标体系作了实证研究。研究表明,煤矿循环经济产业链构建应以煤炭资源和现有产业为依托,以产业结构转型为途径,通过挖掘矿区的资源优势、更新产业链结构、构建煤矿循环经济产业链,实现矿业经济的可持续发展。Under the background of circular economy development in China,we studied the construction of the mining industry chain of circular economy(mining-ICCE)based on the planning compilation for Xuangang Circular Economy Industrial Park.From the connotation of circular economy and circular economy industry chain,this paper thoroughly studies the construction of the mining-ICCE in terms of production resources,characteristics,and target indexes;it also compares three mining circular economy industry chains to summarize the shortcomings of the existing coal mine circular economy industry chain design.Then we conducted empirical research on the preliminary design,industry chain coupling,and target system of the circular economy industry chain.The study showed that the construction of the circular economy industry chain should base on coal resources and existing industries,and use industrial structure transformation as a way to realize the sustainable development of mining economy by tapping the resource advantages of the mining area,updating the industry chain structure,and constructing the coal mine circular economy industry chain.
