摘 要:目的分析血小板保存时间对血小板活化的影响和献血者个体差异与采集后血小板活化状态的关系,为采供血机构血小板采集工作及临床个性化输注提供参考。方法收集2023年67例捐献者的单采血小板,随机分为保存1、2、3、4、7天,共5组。采用流式细胞仪检测各组血小板活化指标CD62p,进行统计学分析。收集各捐献者一般体检数据、捐献前血液检测数据、和采集参数数据,分析其与血小板活化的关系。结果储存1、2、3、4、7天的血小板CD62p表达率分别为59.13±20.96%、68.26±11.92%、65.50±12.19%、71.53±10.02%、83.16±6.829%。单因素方差分析显示不同存储时长的各组单采血小板活化存在显著差异()。各组两两比较,储存7天的血小板活化明显高于储存1、2、3天的血小板。其他各组无明显差异(P<0.05)。随储存时间的延长,血小板活化率呈增长趋势。Spearman双变量分析显示,采集后血小板的活化率与采集过程中的循环血量和抗凝剂用量呈负相关(P<0.05),与其他因素无明显相关性(P>0.05)。结论单采血小板在保存3天时间内,活化无明显变化,之后出现活化增加的特点。单采过程中的采集参数可影响采集后血小板的活化率。一方面,可依据血小板储存过程中的活化特点选择相应产品应用临床;另一方面,可通过控制采集参数,保证血小板产品质量。Objective To analyze the effect of platelet preservation time on platelet activation and the relationship between individual differences of blood donors and platelet activation status after collec⁃tion,to provide reference for platelet collection work in blood collection and supply institutions and clini⁃cal personalized transfusion.Method Apheresis platelets from 67 donors in 2023 were collected and ran⁃domly divided into 5 groups of 7,4,3,2 and 1 days of storage.The platelet activation index CD62p of each group was detected by flow cytometry and statistically analyzed.General physical examination data,pre-donation blood test data,and collection parameter data were collected from each donor and analyzed for their relationship with platelet activation.Results Platelet CD62p expression rates were 59.13±20.96%,68.26±11.92%,65.50±12.19%,71.53±10.02%,and 83.16±6.829%for storage days 1,2,3,4,and 7,respectively.One-way ANOVA showed significant differences in the activation of apheresis plate⁃lets in the groups with different storage durations.When the groups were compared two by two,platelet ac⁃tivation of platelets stored for 7 days was significantly higher than that of platelets stored for 1,2 and 3 days.There was no significant difference in the other groups.There was an increasing trend in platelet ac⁃tivation with increasing storage time.Spearman's bivariate analysis showed that the activation rate of post collection platelets was negatively correlated with the volume of circulating blood and anticoagulant dos⁃age during collection,with no significant correlation with other factors.Conclusion Apheresis platelets showed no significant change in activation during the 3-day period of storage,after which an increase in activation was characterized.The collection parameters during platelets apheresis can affect the activation rate of platelets after collection.On the one hand,corresponding products can be selected for clinical ap⁃plication according to the activation characteristics of platelets du
