摘　　要：杜雨茂是陕西杜氏肾病学术流派创始人,在运用中医药治疗慢性肾脏病方面积累了丰富的经验。文章系统介绍杜雨茂教授治疗慢性肾脏病蛋白尿的九种治法:补肺固卫法、润肺养阴法、宣肺疏利法、健脾益气法、温肾健脾法、滋阴益肾法、清热利湿法、活血化瘀法、调脾固肾法,并列举典型病例说明其具体应用。DU Yumao is the founder of the academic school of DU's nephropathy in Shaanxi,and has accumulated rich experience in using traditional Chinese medicine to treat chronic kidney disease.The article systematically introduces Professor DU Yumao's nine treatment methods for proteinuria in chronic kidney disease:tonifying the lungs and strengthening the health,moistening the lungs and nourishing Yin,promoting lung and promoting diuresis,strengthening the spleen and tonifying Qi,warming the kidney and strengthening the spleen,nourishing Yin and tonifying the kidney,clearing heat and dampness,promoting blood circulation and removing stasis,and regulating the spleen and strengthening the kidney.Typical cases are cited to explain their specific applications.
