摘　　要：《针灸大成》对中风后遗症论治详尽,其理论精辟,见解独到。杨继洲对中风后遗症的治则特点集中体现在:脏腑分型,针灸并用;接气通经,针达病所;针法灵活,补泻得当。处方特色主要体现在:取穴精炼;交叉取穴;不效有策。《针灸大成》论治中风后遗症的学术特色对后世影响深远,至今对指导针灸临床治疗中风后遗症仍有深刻意义。Zhen Jiu Da Cheng is detailed in the treatment of stroke sequelae,with penetrating theory and unique insights.YAng Jizhou's treatment principles for stroke sequelae are mainly embodied in the following aspects:classification of Zang Fu organs,combination of acupuncture and moxibustion;Connect Qi and meridians,and reach the site of the disease with acupuncture;The needle technique is flexible and the tonifying and reducing effects are appropriate.The main characteristics of prescriptions are reflected in:refining acupoints;Cross acupoint selection;There is a strategy that is effective.The academic characteristics of Zhen Jiu Da Cheng in treating the sequelae of stroke have a profound impact on later generations,and still have a profound significance in guiding acupuncture and moxibustion to treat the sequelae of stroke clinically.
