摘　　要：为了推进南京市不动产登记信用体系建设,维护不动产登记秩序,切实加强对不动产登记领域申请人失信行为的信用管理,文章从推行不动产登记领域信用承诺制、建设不动产登记信用管理子系统、建立密切联系的社会联合惩戒机制和施行宽严相济的事后帮扶政策4个方面,探索建立完善的不动产登记信用体系,以此来解决不动产登记领域的失信问题。In order to promote the construction of the credit system for real estate registration in Nanjing,maintain the order of real estate registration,and effectively strengthen the credit management of dishonest behavior of applicants in the field of real estate registration,this article focuses on four aspects:promoting the credit commitment system in the field of real estate registration,building a credit management subsystem for real estate registration,establishing a closely connected social joint punishment mechanism,and implementing a lenient and strict post event assistance policy,explore the establishment of a comprehensive credit system for real estate registration to address the issue of dishonesty in the field of real estate registration.
