摘　　要：依托图书馆建设未来学习中心是助力高等教育改革、推进图书馆高质量发展的重要举措。馆员作为图书馆的主体,其能力提升对于图书馆未来学习中心的建设与发展具有重要意义。文章介绍了图书馆未来学习中心的内涵与特征,分析了未来学习中心建设背景下馆员能力建设与提升的必要性,探讨了未来学习中心建设背景下馆员应具备的能力,提出了未来学习中心建设背景下馆员能力提升的策略。Relying on libraries to build future learning centers is an important measure to help the reform of higher education and promote the high-quality development of libraries.As the main body of the library,the ability improvement of librarians is of great significance to the construction and development of the future learning center of the library.This paper introduces the connotation and characteristics of the library’s future learning center,analyzes the necessity of librarians’ability construction and improvement under the background of the future learning center construction,discusses the capabilities that librarians should have under the background of the future learning center construction,and puts forward the strategies for improving librarians’ability under the background of the future learning center construction.
