摘  要:上海某黄酒厂在升级的污水处理系统中采用UASB厌氧反应器处置高浓度污水,在厌氧处理过程中产生沼气。沼气作为一次能源中气体燃料中的一种,燃烧后排放或直排,都是对能源的一种浪费。而沼气又是温室气体,排空的方式增加了工厂的碳排放量,不利于“双碳”目标的实现,严重增加了企业碳达峰的负担。文章研究了将部分沼气用于锅炉燃烧,其余沼气就地净化后用于发电,并利用发电机组进行热电联供(CHP),结果表明,整个过程对沼气进行全面综合利用,也对碳排放进行了有效控制,既达到了节能减排的效果,又为酒厂带来了一定的经济效益。In the upgraded sewage treatment system of a yellow distillery in Shanghai,UASB anaerobic reactor was used to treat high-concentration sewage,and biogas was produced in the process of anaerobic treatment.Biogas,as one of the gas fuels in the primary energy,is a waste of energy after combustion or direct discharge.As methane is a greenhouse gas,the way of emptying increases the carbon emissions of the factory,which is not conducive to the realization of the“Dual-carbon”goal,and seriously increases the burden of enterprises to reach the peak of carbon.Therefore,part of the biogas is used for boiler combustion,the rest of the biogas is purified on the spot for power generation,and the generator set is used for combined heat and power supply(CHP).In this whole process,the comprehensive utilization of biogas is also effectively controlled on carbon emissions.It not only achieves the effect of energy saving and emission reduction,but also brings certain economic benefits to the winery.
