摘　　要：城市和企业作为资源要素的主要载体,是实现绿色高质量发展的关键抓手。基于资源基础观的视角,利用2011-2019年中国A股上市公司的财报数据和主要城镇的统计数据,通过全国大数据综合试验区试点政策,运用DID模型检验城市数字经济发展对企业ESG的资源效应和作用路径。研究表明,城市数字经济发展对企业ESG表现具有积极影响,作用路径包括城市的人才聚集和数字金融支持,以及企业的数字化转型和绿色创新。同时异质性分析发现,在国有企业、非高新技术企业和非重污染行业中的影响更加强烈。核心假设通过平行趋势检验、安慰剂效应、PSM-DID、滞后分析等一系列稳健性检验后依旧成立。本文揭示了城市数字经济发展与企业ESG表现的内在关系,结合资源基础观完善了数字经济发展与企业ESG表现的理论框架,构建了一条绿色高质量发展的城企协同新路径。Cities and enterprises are important carriers of resource elements,and are key levers for achieving green and high-quality development.As a new engine for economic growth,the digital economy provides opportunities for green and high-quality development in cities and opportunities for promoting the green transformation of enterprises.The existing research has demonstrated the impact of digital economy on the green and high-quality development of cities.However,most of these studies have focused on the macro or meso level,without taking into account the interactive development mode between cities and enterprises.The ESG performance of a company provides a good perspective for analyzing its impact on the city.ESG stands for environmental,social,and corporate governance,which are three key aspects of a company's sustainable development.A company's good ESG performance indicates that it performs well in areas such as environmental protection,social responsibility,and corporate governance.by analyzing a company's ESG performance,we can understand its commitment to the city's environmental and social responsibility,as well as the rationality of its governance structure,and evaluate its impact on the city.This study,therefore,focuses on the symbiotic structure of"city-business"and examines the impact,mechanism,and heterogeneity of the development of the digital economy in cities on the ESG performance of enterprises aiming to construct a new path for green and high-quality development.Specifically,based on the resource-based theory and using financial report data from A-share listed companies in China from 2011 to 2019 and statistical data from major cities and towns,this study employs a difference-in-differences model to test the resource effect and path of the impact of the development of the digital economy in cities on the ESG performance of enterprises,using the comprehensive trial policy of the national big data experimental zone.The study employed various methods,such as parallel trend test,placebo effect,PSM-DID,
