摘　　要：探讨妊娠期高血压超声血流参数和生化指标与疾病严重程度、妊娠结局的关系。研究显示动脉搏动指数(PI)、阻力指数(RI)、脐动脉收缩压最大血流速度(S)与舒张末期最大血流速度(D)比值(S/D)、静脉导管分流率(Qdv/Quv)等动脉超声血流参数与胎盘生长因子(PLGF)、可溶性血管内皮生长因子受体-1(sFlt-1)、可溶性内皮因子(sEng)等生化指标与妊娠期高血压疾病程度及妊娠结局有关,同时两组指标均对妊娠期高血压孕妇妊娠结局具有良好的评估效能。To investigate the relationship between blood flow parameters and biochemical indexes of hypertension during pregnancy and the severity of disease and pregnancy outcome.pulsatility index(PI),resistance index(RI),S/D,ductusvenosus/umbilicalvein(Qdv/Quv)and other biochemical indicators such as placental growth factor(PLGF),soluble fms-like tyrosine kinase receptor 1(sFlt-1),soluble endoglin(sEng)are related to the degree of hypertensive disease and pregnancy outcome,and both groups of indicators have good efficacy in evaluating the pregnancy outcome of pregnant women with hypertensive pregnancy.
