摘  要:随着民用客机设计技术的发展,舒适的客舱环境已经成为航空运营商吸引并留住客户的一大因素,振动舒适性作为其中的重要考核内容,成为先进客机的重要指标。本文基于某型民机有限元模型,开展跑道滑跑工况下客舱内的振动响应分析,结合飞机结构振动传递规律研究,总结机体结构间的载荷传递规律,探索了客舱主承力结构计及振动舒适性的关键设计因素。并以提高客舱振动舒适性为目标,对客舱主承力结构进行了动力学优化。结果表明,人体全身振动舒适性等级从“不舒适”提高到了“比较不舒适”,达到了优化目标。With the development of civil aircraft design technology,comfortable cabin environment has become a major fac-tor for aviation operators to attract and retain customers.it is also one of the important indicators of advanced aircraft.In this paper,based on the finite model of a certain type of civil aircraft,the vibration response in the cabin under the runway run-ning condition is analyzed.Combined with the research on the vibration transmission law of aircraft structure.the load trans-fer law between the different aircraft structures is summarized.and the key design factors of the cabin main structure and vi-bration comfort are explored.In order to improve the vibration comfort of the passenger cabin,the main load bearing struc-ture of the passenger cabin is analyzed.The results show that the vibration comfort of the cabin improved from"uncomforta-ble"to"relatively uncomfortable",and the optimization goal is achieved.
