摘 要:工程中齿轮结构的疲劳失效是一个损伤不断累积的过程,而传统的基于静态的疲劳可靠性分析方法无法体现齿轮结构随载荷历程的时变特征。针对该问题,本文在传统的应力-强度干涉静态模型基础上,建立累积损伤-临界损伤的动态干涉模型,得到齿轮结构在随机载荷作用下累积损伤与可靠度的对应关系,同时利用贝叶斯理论求解临界损伤的分布参数,建立基于贝叶斯理论的齿轮结构时变可靠性分析模型,利用本文方法可以很方便的进行齿轮结构时变可靠性计算。The fatigue failure of gear structure in engineering is a process of continuous accumulation of damage.But the traditional analysis method based on static state can't reflect the time-varying characteristics of gear structure with random load.In order to solve this problem,based on the traditional stress-strength interference static model,the dynamic interfer-ence model of cumulative damage-critical damage is established,and the corresponding relationship between cumulative damage and reliability of gear structure with random load is obtained.At the same time.by the distribution parameters of critical damage solved by Bayesian theory.time-varying reliability analysis model of gear structure based on Bayesian theory is established.This method can be used to calculate the time-varying reliability of gear structure conveniently.
