摘 要:为确保全机静力试验的安全性,根据水上飞机着水时的受力特点,设计了多种船体水载荷加载方案。通过数值分析方法,本文首先计算了不同弹性模量下,聚氨酯加载模块的传力特性,确定了最佳的聚氨酯弹性模量;然后增加加载点个数,有限元分析结果表明,相同加载情况下,增加加载点可以使船体的应力分布更加均匀且应力值较低,该加载方式更加安全。本文的研究结果可为船体水载荷加载方案的确定提供参考。In order toensure the safety of the static test,according to the force characteristics when seaplanes water land-ing,a variety of hull water loading schemes are designed.Through the numerical analysis method,this paper firstly calcu-lates the force transfer characteristics of polyurethane loading module under different elasticity moduli,and determines the best elasticity modulus of polyurethane.Then,the number of loading points is increased.The finite element analysis results show that under the same loading condition,increasing the loading points can make the stress distribution of the ship hull more uniform and the stress value is lower,which make this loading method safer.The results of this paper can provide refer-ence for the determination of water loading scheme of ship hull.
