摘  要:目的通过Antera 3D^(■)成像系统,获取308 nm准分子光治疗白癜风前后的相关参数,寻找一种非侵入性客观评估工具,以评估白癜风复色情况和可能性。方法使用308 nm准分子光对16例患者35个白癜风皮损进行治疗,每周治疗1次,在每次治疗前后,分别使用Antera 3D^(■)成像系统的相机拍摄白癜风皮损照片。治疗后,使用Antera 3D^(■)成像系统的分析软件获取黑色素和血红蛋白相关参数,采用线性回归统计学方法分析黑色素和血红蛋白相关参数与治疗时间的相关性,以及黑色素水平变化与血红蛋白水平变化的相关性。结果使用Antera 3D^(■)成像系统获取参数的黑色素水平变化与治疗时间呈正相关(P<0.05);黑色素超低浓度变化、黑色素超低浓度影响区域变化与治疗时间呈负相关(P<0.05);血红蛋白水平变化与治疗时间无线性相关性(P>0.05);而黑色素水平变化与血红蛋白水平变化呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论Antera 3D^(■)成像系统可以客观评估308 nm准分子光治疗白癜风前后复色的情况,且可以通过血红蛋白水平变化来预测复色的可能性。Objective The purpose of this study is to use the Antera 3D^(■) imaging system to obtain relevant parameters before and after phototherapy with 308 nm excimer light for vitiligo,and to find a non-invasive objective evaluation tool to assess the vitiligo repigmentation.Methods In this study,308 nm excimer light was used to treat 35 lesions once a week in 16 patients,and photos of vitiligo lesions were taken before and after each treatment using the camera of the Antera 3D^(■) imaging system.The analysis software of the Antera 3D^(■) imaging system was used to obtain related parameters of melanin and hemoglobin after the treatment.The linear regression statistical methods was used to evaluate the correlation between related parameters of melanin and hemoglobin and the duration of treatment,as well as the correlation between changes in melanin levels and in hemoglobin levels.Results The parameters obtained by Antera 3D^(■) imaging system indicate that the change in melanin level was positively correlated with the duration of treatment(P<0.05).The change of ultra-low concentration of melanin and the change of the affected area of ultra-low concentration of melanin were negatively correlated with the duration of treatment(P<0.05).The change of hemoglobin levels were positively correlated with the duration of treatment(P>0.05).The change in melanin level was positively correlated with the change in hemoglobin level(P<0.05).Conclusion The Antera 3D^(■) imaging system could be used to evaluate the situation of repigmentation before and after the phototherapy with 308 nm excimer light for vitiligo,as well as to predict the possibilities of repigmentation by changes in hemoglobin levels.
