摘　　要：介绍了阴极电泳漆混槽的研究与应用,为了解决电泳缩孔、PVC胶滑移、橘皮等质量问题,研究了不同电泳漆型号对各项性能参数的影响,对比了新材料PN1400TF混槽过程中各项性能参数的变化,完成了新材料PN1400TF的混槽置换,对今后涂装生产中阴极电泳漆混槽成功应用提供了一些参考。The research and application of cathodic electrophoretic paint mixing are introduced.In order to solve the quality problems of electrophoresis crater,PVC glue slip,orange,etc.,The influence of different electrophoretic paint models on various performance parameters was investigated,and compared the changes of various performance parameters during the mixing process of the new material PN1400TF.The replacement of the new material PN1400TF was completed,which provided some references for the successful application of cathodic electrophoretic paint mixing tanks in coating production in the future.
