数字普惠金融如何促进乡村振兴?——以数字普惠金融的农村减贫效应为中介

摘　　要：研究背景:随着经济快速增长,城乡收入差异逐步增加,为有效促进乡村振兴,研究以数字普惠金融为切入,探讨农村减贫效应在数字普惠金融对乡村振兴的影响中起到何种作用。研究方法:基于2019年中国贫困县目录选择了15个贫困县600名被试进行问卷研究,获得483份有效问卷,通过信效度检验证实量表具备较好信效度,通过Amos26.0软件构建路径模型。研究结果:数字普惠金融显著正向影响收入增长;数字普惠金融显著正向影响收入多样性;数字普惠金融显著正向影响乡村振兴;收入增长正向影响乡村振兴;收入多样性正向影响乡村振兴,同时收入增长以及收入多样性均能在数字普惠金融对乡村振兴的影响中起到部分中介效应的作用。Research Background:With the rapid economic growth and increasing income gap between urban and rural areas,this paper explores how the rural poverty reduction influences digital inclusive finance for rural revitalization based on the digital inclusive finance in order to promote rural revitalization.Research methods:the paper selected 600 subjects from 15 poverty-stricken counties for questionnaire research in China poverty-stricken counties catalogue 2019 and obtained 483 valid questionnaires.which has been confirmed that the scale has good reliability and validity through constructing path model Amos26.0 software.Research results:digital inclusive finance plays a significant positive impact on income growth standardization coefficient,which is0.276(p<0.001),digital inclusive finance plays a significant positive impact on the standardized coefficient of income diversity,which is 0.355(p<0.001),and digital inclusive finance significantly and positively affects the standardized coefficient of rural revitalization,which is 0.169(p=0.005);income growth plays a significant positive impact on the standardized coefficient of rural revitalization,which is 0.429(p<0.001);income diversity plays a significant positive impact on the standardized coefficient of rural revitalization,which is 0.391(p<0.001).Meanwhile,both income growth and income diversity play partial mediating effect on digital inclusive finance for rural revitalization.
