摘  要:文章研究了饲粮中添加活性酵母对母兔繁殖性能和血液指标的影响,为母兔生产中活性酵母的添加使用提供依据。试验选取胎次一致的经产空怀母兔120只,随机分为3个处理组(每个处理4个重复,每个重复10只母兔):分别饲喂活性酵母添加量为0(对照组)、500、1000 g/t的基础饲粮,试验期为68 d。通过测定繁殖性能和母兔血液指标,发现,日粮中添加1000 g/t的活性酵母显著提高了35 d断奶活仔数和断奶成活率(P<0.05)。日粮中添加1000 g/t的活性酵母显著提高了母兔血液中总蛋白水平(P<0.05)。日粮中添加活性酵母显著降低繁殖母兔泌乳期血液中三酰甘油的含量(P<0.05)。泌乳兔饲粮中添加活性酵母对血液雌二醇、促黄体激素、促卵泡素、催乳素、孕酮激素水平无显著影响(P>0.05)。综上所述,饲粮添加1000 g/t活性酵母可以提高家兔的35 d断奶活仔数、断奶成活率,提高繁殖母兔的繁殖性能,能通过影响泌乳期母兔的脂类代谢和蛋白质代谢,增强机体代谢进程。In this study,the effects of dietary live yeast on reproductive performance and blood indexes of female rabbits were studied to provide a basis for the use of live yeast in the production of female rabbits.One hundred and twenty female rabbits with the same parity were randomly divided into three treatment groups(four replicates per treatment,ten females per replicate):fed with basal diets containing 0 live yeast(control group),500,1000 g/t live yeast,respectively.The experimental period was 68 days.By measurement of reproductive performance and blood parameters of female rabbits,it was found that the supplementation of 1000 g/t live yeast in the diet significantly increased the 35 d weaning live number and weaning survival rate(P<0.05).Dietary supplementation of 1000 g/t live yeast significantly increased the total protein level(P<0.05).Live yeast supplementation significantly reduced blood triglyceride(P<0.05).Dietary live yeast supplementation had no significant effect on blood estradiol,luteinizing hormone,follicle-stimulating hormone,prolactin and progesterone levels in lactating rabbits(P>0.05).In conclusion,dietary supplemented with 1000 g/t live yeast can improve the 35 d weaning live size and survival rate of rabbits,improve the reproductive performance of breeding female rabbits,and enhance the body metabolic process by affecting lipid metabolism and protein metabolism of lactating female rabbits.
