摘　　要：本文尝试站在“十四五”开局之年的时间节点,以工程师的视角,回顾并凝练亲历建筑工业化的15年。通过对这15年起步、探索、再启3个阶段的作与为、思与行的记录,为越来越多的同行者提供借鉴价值。最终通过经验总结,以期帮助相关从业者从学习历史中找到正确的道路,助力更大的成功。This article attempts to review and condense the 14 years of building industrialization by the perspectiveof engineers at the beginning year of the 14th Five-Year Plan.It can provide reference value for more and more fellow travelers by recording the work,thoughts and actions of the 3 stages of starting,confusing,and recommencing.Ultimately,it is important to help relevant practitioners find the right path and achieve success from summarizing the experience.
