摘 要:文章主要研究大直径聚全氟乙丙烯(FEP)单丝的熔融纺丝及后拉伸工艺,采用差示扫描量热仪(DSC)对FEP树脂进行了测试,并分析其热性能,探索大直径FEP单丝的最佳熔纺工艺,然后采用各种测试分析方法研究冷却水温度、拉伸倍率、拉伸温度和热处理温度等工艺参数对FEP单丝力学性能的影响。实验表明,当冷却水温为50℃、一级拉伸温度为85℃、二级拉伸温度为180℃、拉伸倍率为4.5倍、热定型温度为195℃左右时,所纺制的FEP单丝力学性能最佳。This paper mainly studied the melt spinning and post stretching process of large-diameter fluorinated ethylene propylene(FEP)monofilament.The thermal property of FEP resin was tested and studied by differential scanning calorimeter(DSC).The optimal melt spinning process for large-diameter FEP monofilament was explored.Then,various testing and analysis methods were used to study the effects of process parameters such as cooling water temperature,stretching ratio,stretching temperature,and heat treatment temperature on the mechanical properties of FEP monofilaments.The results showed that when the cooling water temperature was 50℃,the first stage stretching temperature was 85℃,the second stage stretching temperature was 180℃,the stretching ratio was 4.5 times,and the heat setting temperature was around 195℃,the mechanical properties of the FEP monofilament were the best.
