摘  要:丙纶纤维和不锈钢纤维都具备独特的优异性能,文章根据丙纶纤维和不锈钢纤维的基本特性合理设计不锈钢混纺纱并条、粗纱、细纱、络筒等工序的生产工艺,采用棉纺设备成功纺出丙纶纤维与低质量分数不锈钢纤维的混纺纱,制得的产品兼具丙纶纤维和不锈钢纤维的优点,实现了性能互补,增强了纱线功能,满足了特定领域的使用要求。对纺纱过程中各道工序生产工艺和措施的研究有助于了解功能性纱线的生产加工过程,对类似产品的开发具有一定的参考价值。Both polypropylene fiber and stainless steel fiber have unique and excellent properties.This article reasonably designs the production processes of stainless steel blended yarn drawing,roving,fine yarn,winding and other processes based on the basic characteristics of polypropylene fiber and stainless steel fiber.A blend yarn of polypropylene fiber and low mass fraction stainless steel fiber is successfully spun using cotton spinning equipment.The resulting product combines the advantages of polypropylene fiber and stainless steel fiber,achieving complementary performance,enhancing yarn functionality,and meeting specific field requirements.The study of production processes and measures in each step of the spinning process helps to understand the production and processing process of functional yarns,and has certain reference value for the development of similar products.
