摘 要:起毛机用于整理织物表面的绒毛,不仅改善了织物的风格和外观,而且使织物更具保暖性和舒适性,提高了绒类产品的附加值,所以起毛机是毛绒织物后整理环节中的关键设备。文章对起毛机的结构和工作原理进行分析,并对起毛机控制系统中的触摸屏、可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)和变频器等硬件及软件进行阐述,充分体现了起毛机的控制技术由模拟控制向数字化控制发展,便于数据的采集和传输,促进了传统起毛机由智能制造向数字化转型,有利于纺织生产过程中工艺的制定和实施,从而更好地保障产品的生产效率,降低产品的生产成本,提升产品质量及市场竞争力。Raising machine is suitable for finishing the fuzz on the surface of fabrics,which not only improves the styles and appearances of the fabrics,but also makes the fabrics warmer and more comfortable,and improves the additional value of the pile products.Therefore,the raising machine is the key equipment in the finishing of plush fabrics.This paper analyses the structure and operating principle of the raising machine,and expounds the hardware and software of the raising machine control system,such as touch screen,programmable logic controller(PLC)and frequency converter,etc.It fully reflects the development of the control technology of the raising machine from analogue control to digital control,which is convenient for data collection and transmission,promotes the transformation of traditional raising machines from intelligent manufacturing to digitalization,and is conducive to the formulation and implementation of processes in the textile production process,thereby better ensuring product production efficiency,reducing production costs,and improving product quality and market competitiveness.
