摘　　要：在纺织企业生产经营环节,制约效率提升和企业发展的一个重要因素是设备故障率。因此,如何提升纺织设备的运转效率、强化纺织设备管理,是纺织企业亟待解决的问题。全员生产维护理念(TPM)是一种高效的设备操作、管理理念,文章基于TPM相关理论,从纺织企业实际状况出发,探究企业在纺织设备管理中存在的问题和原因,结合现有研究成果,对存在的问题提出可行性解决方案,以期提升企业设备管理质量,促进企业长期高效发展,增强企业的行业竞争力。One important factor that constrains efficiency growth and enterprise development in the production and operation process of textile enterprises is the equipment failure rate.Therefore,how to improve the operational efficiency of textile equipment and strengthen textile equipment management is an urgent problem that needs to be solved of textile industry enterprises.The total production maintenance(TPM)concept is an efficient equipment operation and management concept.Based on TPM related theory,this article explores the problems and causes of textile equipment management in textile enterprises from the actual situation.Combining with existing research results,feasible solutions are proposed for the existing problems,aiming to improve the quality of equipment management,promote long-term and efficient development of enterprises,and enhance industry competitiveness.
