摘 要:学科思政是以学科为主体,在知识传授和能力培养过程中强化价值引领和人格塑造,将专业教育和思政教育深度融合,落实立德树人根本任务的一体化育人过程。文章以浙江大学植物保护学科为例,探讨在建设中国特色世界优秀学科过程中,坚持以学科精神滋养学生、以学科资源培养学生,通过凝聚学科思政育人力量、挖掘学科思政育人元素、打造学科思政育人平台,构建全面协同的学科思政育人机制,创建富有浙江大学植物保护学科特色内涵的全员、全过程、全方位、融入式的学科思政育人体系,探索可推广的学科思政建设模式路径。Discipline ideology and politics emphasizes0 values and character development in knowledge transfer and skills development within a disciplinary framework.It integrates professional education and ideological and political education,achieving the fundamental task of fostering virtue through education.This paper uses the Plant Protection discipline at Zhejiang University as an example to introduce constructing excellent disciplines.It focuses on nourishing and cultivating students through the spirit and resources of the discipline.By consolidating the strength of discipline ideology and politics,uncovering its elements,and building a platform,we have constructed a comprehensive and coordinated discipline ideology and politics education mechanism,created a full-staff,whole-process,all-round and integrated discipline ideology and politics education system with the characteristics of Plant Protection discipline at Zhejiang University,and explored the path of discipline ideology and politics construction mode that can be promoted.
