摘  要:氢气循环泵是燃料电池系统的关键设备,现有多种不同类型的氢气循环泵,其中爪式和罗茨式应用较为普遍。针对罗茨式泵间隙通道较短且泄露速度较大的问题,该文采取椭圆线、圆弧和摆线的组合方式提出了一种新型椭圆形二爪转子,并计算推导了其型线方程,基于数值模拟获得了工作腔内流场分布规律,分析了其内部流动特性以及工作过程、压力、速度和阻力矩的变化规律。结果表明:与传统摆线型泵相比,椭圆形爪式泵降低了气体的泄露速度,所受气体阻力矩更小,对氢气循环泵的选型具有一定的参考意义。Hydrogen circulating pump is the key equipment of fuel cell system,there are many different types of hydrogen circulating pumps.Among them,claw type and Roots-type are more common.Aiming at the problems of shorter clearance channel and larger leakage speed of Roots-type pumps,in this paper a new type of elliptical two-clawed rotor is proposed by adopting the combination of elliptical line,circular arc and pendulum line.The equation of the line is calculated and deduced,and the distribution law of the flow field in the working chamber is obtained based on numerical simulation.The internal flow characteristics,the working process,the change rule of the pressure,speed and the resisting moment are analyzed.The results show that,compared with the Roots-type hydrogen circulating pump,the elliptical claw pump reduces the gas leakage rate and is subjected to a smaller gas resistance moment,which is of some reference significance for the selection of hydrogen circulating pumps.
