摘 要:该文利用气液两相流循环管路,开展了严重段塞流通过混合式立管系统中柔性跳接管时的流动特征与流致振动实验测试。借助高速摄像机非介入式地同步捕捉了柔性跳接管的振动位移与管内液塞的流动细节,分析了管道的振幅、频谱、液塞的运移及其施加在管壁的作用力。实验捕捉到了I型严重段塞流,发现其由液塞形成、液塞出流和液气喷发三个阶段组成,在两个严重段塞流周期间存在过渡阶段,此时管内由反复震荡的段液塞所占据。由严重段塞流引起的跳接管振动主要发生在弯管截面内,振幅大小与液塞运移速度、液塞长度及分布有关,液气喷发阶段的振幅较其他两个阶段大,水平方向最大振幅达2.26D(D为柔性跳接管外径),垂直方向最大振幅达1.84D。随着气体表观流速的增大,管道振幅逐渐增大,但主导振动模态不变。The flow characteristics of severe slugging passing through a flexible jumper in a combined riser system and the associated flow-induced vibration are experimentally investigated in a gas-liquid loop in this work.The non-intrusive measurement with high-speed cameras is employed to simultaneously capture the gas-liquid flow and the response displacement of the jumper.The response amplitude,vibration frequency,migration of liquid slugs and the forces acting on the jumper wall are discussed.The severe slugging I(SSI)pattern is identified in the experiments,including the slug formation,slug production and gas blowout stages.Between two cycles of SSI,there is a transition stage,presenting the oscillation of short slugs in the jumper.The vibration induced by SSI mainly occurs in the curvature plane of the jumper.The response amplitude is associated with the migration velocity,length and distribution of liquid slugs.The amplitude of the liquid-gas blowout stage is larger than that of the other two stages,with the maximum amplitudes of 2.26D(D is the external diameter of the jumper)in the horizontal direction and 1.84D in the vertical direction,respectively.However,with the increase of gas superficial velocity,the response amplitude increases without the alteration of dominant mode.
