摘 要:鹦鹉热衣原体(Chlamydia psittaci,C.psittaci)是一种人畜共患病原体,能引起人和多种动物患衣原体病,该病原传染能力较强,目前广泛分布于世界各地。近年来,我国频繁报道有人感染C.psittaci的情况。快速检测技术的发展能大幅提高检测效率,这对快速发现C.psittaci并控制其传播具有重要作用。本文对近年来Pubmed数据库中的C.psittaci分子检测方法进行检索和分析,以期为C.psittaci快速检测方法的发展和病原的防控提供参考。Chlamydia psittaci(C.psittaci)is a globally distributed zoonotic pathogen that may cause potentially fulminant disease in humans and various animals.In recent years,human cases of C.psittaci have been frequently reported in China.The development of rapid detection technology can significantly improve detection efficiency,which plays an important role in quickly detecting and controlling the spread of C.psittaci.Here,we reviewed recent advances and developments in molecular tests for detecting C.psittaci,that may provide reference for the development of rapid detection methods and disease control.
