中医药防治猴痘浅析

摘　　要：[目的]探析中医药防治猴痘的内涵和可行性,为降低猴痘病毒传播造成的公共卫生压力及经济损失,制定验之有效的防治策略。[方法]基于猴痘在全球多个非猴痘疫情流行地区暴发,参考国内外有关猴痘的相关报道及研究成果,梳理中医药千年来的防疫经验,据猴痘的发病特点和临床表现,分析猴痘在中医中所属范畴。研析古今疫病之相关文献,浅探中医药防治猴痘的方法。[结果]中医学认为,猴痘属中医疫病之疮疹、痘疹范畴。笔者认为猴痘病因病机重点为正气亏虚、卫气不固(本虚),因不良性行为或其他接触条件触感外邪,即感“不正之气”,蓄于体内后发。猴痘病机有寒热之分,仍以热邪为主,在疾病防治过程中当以“透疹祛邪”为基,分期辨证施治,佐以清瘟解毒之法,强调扶正固本之重要性,关注预后,注重情志疗法,悉心防护。[结论]中医药在疫疹的防治中确有优势,可以进一步推进科学研究,发挥好中医药的独特优势,为猴痘疫情防控工作提供参考,降低公共卫生压力,促进疾病研究进展。[Objective]To explore the connotation and feasibility of prevention and treatment of monkeypox by traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),in order to reduce the public health pressure and economic loss caused by the transmission of monkeypox virus,and to formulate effective prevention and treatment strategies.[Methods]Based on the outbreak of monkeypox in several nonmonkeypox endemic areas in the world,with reference to the relevant reports and research results of monkeypox at home and abroad,the epidemic prevention experience of TCM in the past thousand years was sorted out.According to the pathogenesis and clinical manifestations of monkeypox,the category of monkeypox in TCM was analyzed.This paper analyzed the related literature of ancient and modern diseases,and explored the methods of preventing monkeypox with TCM.[Results]TCM believes that monkeypox belongs to the category of sore rash and pox rash.It is believed that the pathogenesis of monkeypox focuses on the deficiency of healthy Qi,weak Wei Qi(the deficiency),because of bad behavior or other contact conditions touching the evil,that is,the sense of“improper Qi”,hidden within the body and develops later.The pathogenesis of monkeypox is divided into cold and heat,and heat is still the main pathogenic factor.In the course of disease prevention and treatment,it should be based on“clear rash and remove pathogenic factor”,with stage differentiation and treatment,adopting the method of clearing plague and detoxification,emphasizing the importance of strengthening the root,paying attention to prognosis,paying attention to emotional therapy and careful protection.[Conclusion]TCM does have advantages in the prevention and treatment of epidemic rash.It can further promote scientific research,give full play to the unique advantages of TCM,provide reference for the prevention and control of monkeypox epidemic,reduce public health pressure,and promote the progress of disease research.
