摘 要:利用煤直接液化残渣(DCLR)制备绿色低成本胶凝材料代替水泥对于降低道路建造成本及可持续发展具有重要意义。研究以DCLR为基料,通过碱激发作用制备煤直接液化残渣地聚物(DG)并代替普通硅酸盐水泥(OPC),分析DG-乳化沥青(EA)胶浆及混合料高温性能。研究结果表明:DG可以提高乳化沥青胶浆蒸发残留物的高温性能,EA-DG在30~80℃下的复数模量及主曲线与相同掺量下的EA-OPC相似;利用DG替换部分OPC可提高乳化沥青混合料的马歇尔稳定度、抗剪性能及抗高温车辙性能,但是对水损性能略有下降。DG对乳化沥青及混合料高温性能的影响类似于OPC,这表明其可作为乳化沥青路面冷再生材料中的一种潜在替代品。Using the green low-cost cementitious material prepared by direction coal liquefaction residue(DCLR)to substitute for the cement is significant for reducing road construction costs and sustainable development.This paper used DCLR as the basic material to prepare DCLR geopolymer(DG)by alkali excitation,which was used to substitute for ordinary Portland cement(OPC),and the high-temperature performance of the DG-emulsified asphalt(EA)mortar and its mixtures.The results showed that DG could improve the high-temperature performance of the evaporated residue of emulsified asphalt mortar.The complex modules and main curves of EA-DG at the temperature of 30‒80℃were similar to that of EA-OPC with the same dosage.Replacing part of OPC with DG could increase the Marshall stability,shear resistance,and anti-high-temperature rutting performance but decrease the water damage resistance of the EA mixture.The influences of DG on the high-temperature performance of EA and its mixtures were similar to that of OPC,indicating that DG could be used as a substitute for cold recycled materials in emulsified asphalt pavement.
