摘  要:阐述一种超高压充油电缆自动补压系统的设计,该系统与在线油压监测系统结合,通过对在线油压监测系统采集的油压的实时和历史数据进行分析,判断出充油电缆是否存在漏油现象。当发现漏油时发出报警,提示检修人员进行抢修,并对供油箱进行电缆油的补充,保证一定时间内电缆油压维持在限制范围内。This paper describes the design of an automatic pressure compensation system for ultra-high pressure oil filled cables,which is combined with an online oil pressure monitoring system.By analyzing the real-time and historical data of oil pressure collected by the online oil pressure monitoring system,it can determine whether there is oil leakage in the oil filled cables.When oil leakage is detected,an alarm is issued to prompt maintenance personnel to carry out emergency repairs,and cable oil is replenished in the oil supply tank to ensure that the cable oil pressure is maintained within the limited range for a certain period of time.
