摘　　要：阐述小电流接地故障的特点,探讨故障区段定位原理,包括电压法定位、电流法定位和时频分析法定位。分析时频分析定位方法的实现过程,数据采集和处理、算法实现、结果分析评估、测试验证。This paper expounds the characteristics of small current grounding faults and explores the principles of fault section positioning,including voltage method positioning,current method positioning,and time-frequency analysis method positioning.The implementation process of time-frequency analysis positioning method includes data collection and processing,algorithm implementation,result analysis and evaluation,and testing verification.
