摘　　要：介绍陕西广播电视台为满足信源码流统一调度和分发等需求,对台内媒体传输资源整合、升级传输网络以及建设媒体分发传输平台的方案设计与思路。方案通过采用信源码流汇聚与调度技术、码流转码和传输网络监控,实现全台信源及台外信号的分发,可满足台内外各单位多种业务格式需求。In order to meet the demand of unified scheduling and distribution of source code stream,Shaanxi Radio and Television Station has designed a plan to integrate media transmission resources,upgrade the transmission network and build a media distribution and transmission platform.By adopting the technology of source code flow convergence and scheduling,code flow code and transmission network monitoring,the scheme can realize the distribution of all information sources and off-station signals,which can meet the needs of various business formats inside and outside the station.
