摘　　要：随着移动互联网电视业务的不断发展,视频数据的规模越来越大。如何基于视频内容实现海量互联网内容高效的检索和管理,提高视频内容的利用效率,实现千人千面和海量高清内容个性化推荐,提升终端用户体验满意度,具有重要的研究意义。详细陈述基于内容的视频检索技术发展历程,介绍基于内容的视频检索技术研究所取得的成果,综述视频特征提取、相似度计算、索引技术等方面的研究内容,探讨基于内容的视频检索技术的发展趋势和研究方向。With the continuous development of mobile internet television services,the scale of video data is increasing.It is of great significance to implement efficient retrieval and management of massive internet content based on video content,improve video content utilization efficiency,implement personalized recommendation of massive high definition content to thousands of people,and improve user experience satisfaction.This paper describes the development of content-based video retrieval technology in detail.Firstly,it introduces the research achievements of content-based video retrieval technology,then summarizes the research contents of video feature extraction,similarity calculation,indexing technology,and finally discusses the development trend and research direction of content-based video retrieval technology.
