摘　　要：目的　提高静脉输液护理质量 ,适应《医疗事故处理条例》实施后举证责任倒置的需要。方法　对静脉输液护理存在的问题、静脉输液可能发生的差错、静脉输液容易发生的纠纷进行了调查和分析。结果　提出了加强管理的措施和举证责任倒置应以预防为主的观点。结论　制定统一的、细化的静脉输液操作规程、质量标准和评价办法 。Objective In order to improve the quality of care during venous transfusin, adapt to the convert of putting to proof responsibility after the enforcement of 'Regulations on the Handling of Medical Accident'. Methods We investigated and analyzed the problems, the conceivable mistakes of nursing and the popular frictions about the venous transfusion. Results We brought forward a point of 'prevention first' and some measures in enhancing the management.Conclusions Formulating the unified and elaborate operating rules, quality standard and evaluation method of verous transfusion,we hope that these measures could protect the legal rights and interests of both the patients and the nurses.
