基于社会燃烧理论的高校网络舆论演化机制探析

摘　　要：信息技术的进步使人们更容易参与互联网舆论传播,大众议论在促进思想多样性的同时,也影响着互联网舆论的发酵过程。由于大学生群体的特殊性,高校网络舆论呈现出主体特殊性、言论表层性、载体多样性、形成突然性等特征。从社会燃烧理论的角度出发构建高校网络舆论演化机制模型,可以得出:引发网络舆论的“燃烧物质”是社会矛盾,“助燃剂”是网络谣言的滋生和媒体的舆论导向,而“点火温度”则是谣言燃烧过程中用户的情绪碰撞。因此,基于社会燃烧理论探究重大事件的高校网络舆论引导策略具有重要意义。舆论管理应从控制燃烧物质、正向引导助燃剂、降低点火温度、掌控燃烧阶段等方面入手。The development of information technology makes the opinion dissemination easier on the Internet,which not only promotes the diversity of ideas,but also affects the fermentation of Internet public opinion.The special network public opinion of colleges and universities is characterized by its particularity of subjects,shallowness of speech,diversity of carriers,and suddenness.This paper constructs the evolutionary mechanism model of network public opinion in universities from the perspective of Social Combustion Theory(SCT).It concludes that the fuel for social unrest is a social conflict,that the combustion agent is the breeding of network rumors and media public opinion,and that the emotional collision of internet users in the process of rumor combustion serves as the ignition temperature.Therefore,it is of vital importance to explore the SCT-based guidelines for the Internet public opinion of major events in universities.It recommends that the control of public opinion should pay attention to the combustion substances,the positively guidance of the fuel elements,reducing the ignition temperature,and streamlining the combustion stage.
