国际化模式与企业数字技术应用:知识基础和知识搜索的联合调节作用

摘　　要：数字技术应用成为推动企业发展的新动能,但现有研究对数字技术应用影响因素及其内在机制的探讨还不够丰富。基于浙江省制造型企业213份有效问卷,阐释和实证检验国际化模式对数字技术应用的影响机制。研究发现:股权模式的国际化对数字技术应用有显著正向影响,知识基础显著正向调节股权模式与数字技术应用的关系;知识搜索显著负向调节股权模式与数字技术应用的关系;知识基础和知识搜索在股权模式与数字技术应用之间起联合调节作用,而且知识基础高、知识搜索高时的强化作用更高。The application of digital technology has become a new driving force to promote the development of enterprises.Based on 213 valid questionnaires of manufacturing enterprises in Zhejiang Province,the influence mechanism of internationalization mode on digital technology application is explained and empirically tested.The study finds that the internationalization of equity mode has a significant positive impact on the application of digital technology,and knowledge base significantly regulates the relationship between equity mode and digital technology application,knowledge search significantly negatively regulates the relationship between equity mode and digital technology application,knowledge base and knowledge search play a joint role between equity mode and digital technology application,and a higher knowledge base.
