摘 要:绵、山羊性控精液的生产与应用大大提高了群体扩繁的效率,推动了羊产业快速发展。自性控精液技术发展以来,研究者们虽取得了一定的科研成果,但在羊生产中的应用仍然十分有限。本文系统综述了羊性控精液分离技术的发展及不同因素(包括品种、个体差异、稀释液配方、冷冻程序、饲养管理)对绵、山羊性控精液制作的影响,并阐述了羊性控精液的推广应用及前景展望,为绵、山羊性控精液高效分选、输精技术的研发及推广应用提供参考。The production and application of sex-controlled semen in sheep and goats has greatly improved the efficiency of population expansion and promoted the rapid development of the sheep and goat industry.Since the development of sex-controlled semen technology,researchers have made significant scientific achievements,but its application in sheep production is still very limited.This article systematically reviews the development of sheep sex-controlled semen separation technology and the impact of different factors,(including breed,individual differences,diluent formula,freezing procedures,and feeding management),on sheep and goat sex-controlled semen production.It also expounds on the promotion,application,and prospects of sheep sex-controlled semen and is expected to provide a reference for the research and development,promotion,and application of efficient separation and insemination techniques for sheep and goat sex-controlled semen.
