摘  要:山羊绒纤维柔软纤细且产量稀少,是高档面料的纺织原料,在国际上素有“软黄金”的称号。近年来,绒山羊产业中存在为了追求高产肉量和产绒量而忽视对山羊绒细度选育的问题,选择和保持绒山羊的绒细度优势性状,寻找和利用绒细度相关分子标记是非常重要的方法之一。根据山羊绒的生长发育特性,本文从山羊毛囊结构、绒毛纤维结构和组成成分、毛囊的形态发生发育及周期性发育机制,以及KAPs基因家族、Wnt和Notch信号通路等山羊绒细度相关基因的研究现状进行综述,旨在为山羊绒品质控制提供有利的理论参考。Cashmere fiber is soft,fine and has a small output.It is a high-grade textile raw material.It is known as"soft gold"in the world.In recent years,that the selection of cashmere fineness is neglected in order to pursue high meat and cashmere yield in cashmere goat industry.Selecting and maintaining the superior characteristics of cashmere fineness of cashmere goats,finding and using molecular markers related to cashmere fineness is one of the most important methods.According to the growth and development characteristics of cashmere,this paper reviews the cashmere formation and development characteristics and cashmere fineness related genes of cashmere from the following aspects:the structure of goat hair follicle,the structure and composition of cashmere fiber,the morphogenesis and development of hair follicle,the periodic development mechanism of hair follicle,and the research status of cashmere fineness related genes,including KAPs gene family,Wnt and Notch signal pathway related genes,aiming to provide beneficial theoretical reference for cashmere quality control.
