摘　　要：2021年7月暴雨灾害期间卫辉段共产主义渠洪水进入卫河,增加了卫河卫辉段的流量,增高了水位,致使卫河水毁严重,堤防受洪水长时间浸泡、冲刷。文章对卫河水毁堤防修复工程的堤坡修复、堤防岸坡护砌等设计进行了优化,可以使卫河全段防洪除涝险情将得到有效治理,确保两岸地区的防洪排涝安全。During the rainstorm disaster in July 2021,the flood of the Communist Canal of the Weihui Section entered the Weihe River,which increased the flow of the Weihui section of the Weihe River and increased the water level,resulting in serious destruction.The embankment was soaked and washed by the flood for a long time.The design of embankment slope repair and embankment slope protection of the embankment restoration project were optimized in his paper.It can make the flood control and waterlogging danger of the whole section of Weihe River effectively controlled and ensure the safety of flood control and drainage in the areas on both sides.
