摘　　要：为贯彻落实党的二十大精神和中央八项规定,积极响应政府公车改革的号召,发展绿色低碳经济,打造节约型政府,同时也为了保障疫情时代居家办公、随时随地能够入会的需要。按照河南省水利厅各级各部门视频会议系统需求及新时期异地防汛会商建设的总体部署,以现有网络为基础,融合前沿的计算机网络通信技术、超高清音视频技术,建设声音、影像、文件资料多向互动的全网云视频会议系统,承担着通信信息传递、生产与水利调度信息传递等特殊功能。The upgrading construction and application of the conference system is to implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and the eight provisions of the Central Committee.It actively responds to the call of the government vehicle reform,the development of a green and low-carbon economy,and tha creation of a conservation-oriented government.At the same time,it also ensures the need to work at home and join meetings anytime and anywhere in the era of the epidemic.According to the requirements of the video conference system of various levels and departments of the Henan Provincial Department of Water Resources and the overall deployment of remote flood control consultation construction in the new era,based on the existing network,the integration of cutting-edge computer network communication technology and ultra-high definition audio and video technology,the construction of a multi-directional interactive sound,image and document data is constructed.It undertakes special functions such as communication information transmission,production and water conservancy scheduling information transmission.
