摘　　要：习近平生态文明思想体现了党的十八大以来我们党对生态文明建设的新认识,渗透着以人民为中心的新发展理念,有着多重伦理意蕴,体现着中国共产党执政为民的执政伦理、自觉肩负发展与生态保护相统一的生态伦理以及努力实现民众对美好生活的向往的民生伦理的统一。执政伦理、生态伦理与民生伦理的统一体现在党为执政为民的实践中,体现在“最普惠的民生福祉”的生态文明建设中。Xi Jinping's thought of ecological civilization embodies our Party's new understanding of the building of ecological civilization since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,permeates the new development concept of taking the people as the center,has multiple ethical implications,and embodies the CPC's governance ethics of governing for the people,the ecological ethics of consciously shouldering the unity of development and ecological protection,and the unity of people's livelihood ethics of striving to realize the people's aspiration for a better life.The unity of governance ethics,ecological ethics,and people's livelihood ethics is refected in the Party's practice of governing for the people,and in the building of ecological civilization which is"the most inclusive people's welfare".
